When I sold my model S, Tesla confirmed it would transfer and it did. Not sure if things have changed since.

When I bot my model s third party free super charging transfered. I am the 3rd owner.

LOL... please research FUSC transferability. older cars with code SCO1 do transfer. A 2018 wouldn't have the SCO1 code
