2019.5.15 - No Sentry mode for S & X ???

Just got 2019.5.15 today and noticed I still don’t have Sentry mode. What gives?

I thought Sentry mode was released with the previous update (2019.5.4)?

I was from 2018.49.x before sentry mode was released. I just got the 2019.5 tonight and the release note only mentions dog mode and folding mirror by location. Nothing about sentry mode but I do have it in the car and app now.

My car updated a couple of hours ago. The Release Notes make no mention of Sentry Mode or the 325 mile range. But I see the Sentry toggle in security settings and the Stats app shows the updated 325 mile range.

Ok i am stupid too ... but where did you find the option? I have a "Security Alarm" toggle under Safety & Security - is that the same ?

yeah, where is it? I just got it last couple of hrs and cant find it. I even did a scroll wheel reboot.

Model 3 only at this time. Not available on my Model X either but is available on my 3 on same firmware.

yeah, my friend has a model 3 and has got it. I have a model x, i have an update that is higher than his 2019.5.15 but no sentry mode. those options are not available in the app or the car.

His update is only 2019.5.4 and he has both dog mode and sentry mode.

Does anyone know if this update includes the new 3 camera dash cam feature? I didn't see it in the release notes but it was a minor update.

Yes, it added Sentry Mode. As for the dash cam, it records the front camera and two front fender rear-side facing cameras.

It also bumped my range to 325 on a full charge, and added the blind-spot warning chime..it warns when leaving your lane according to the description.

Oh yeah, Pole Position is still missing.

Pretty pathetic move by Tesla... The Model S and X built this company and making us wait for features the Model 3 has is ridiculously unacceptable. My Tesla support is eroded on an almost daily basis at this point...
