Tesla is excluded from 4,500 of the credit due to not being a union. Manchin is fighting that because all EV’s should have the same benefits to the credit.
Took delivery this morning, 8 months to the day from when I ordered. There are some minor fit/finish things I’ll get them to cleanup, but I haven’t seen anything major. The wait is brutal, but the payoff is absolutely worth it - the car is spectacular.

How close is matte black color match to the 19" wheel? Shame the dark grey does not come with a black Tesla emblem and only offered in silver.

Yes there is. Your welcome! Edit: If your in drive/reverse and have the ambient lights on they stay on, if not they turn off when in gear. Ask anything I’ll do my best to answer.

I think more than just the latch on the rear center armrest is broken. It should be horizontal, not tipped down and resting on the seat.
Not sure I follow you.. If I wanna make the center seat an armrest I click the button to unlatch it from the back of the actual bench or whatever and it is tipped down. That is how it is designed to be. However, my problem is that when I try to push the middle seat back up (so it can be used as an actual seat), it goes up but won't latch. That leaves it so if the driver brakes hard, the middle seat will just fly down into the "tipped" position. From what I can understand it looks like just the latch is broken. I could be wrong however.
