2021 Model S vs 2022 MYP

I have a MYP expected to be delivered end of October. I started looking at used model S's, and noticed there are some late 2021s that are refreshed in the $89K-$95K range with anywhere from 10-20K miles on them starting to pop up. I am thinking about jumping to the S, but have some reservations about the 2021's as I've heard they were still working out some bugs, and sometimes purchasing used can be a gamble. I'm also thinking total cost of ownership might be similar with S over the next 3-4 years plus frankly its significantly nicer car for an additional 20-25k. I have a 90 day rate lock with my local credit union @ 3.24 for 60 months for either new, or a used 21+ vehicle, so the financing is a wash.

Struggling on taking delivery of the Y perf, or jumping to an S if I can get a decent deal. FWIW- I am locked in on my MYP MSM, white, tow at 64,990 because the order is from 11/21.

Thanks
