2021 MYP error BMS_a079

Well my 2021 MYP received error BMS_a079.

I took it to the SC and was told they have to replace my main battery unit. Thankfully they had a loaner for me since they said they need the car for at least a week. Car has a little over 19k miles.

Had you noticed anything different before getting the alert or all seemed normal?

All seemed normal. Car was charging just fine. I normally only charge until 80%. I had been on a road trip a few days before and used a couple of superchargers without any issues.

I just got the same BMS error (bms_079) on my '21 MYP when I was leaving for work. Dropping my car off to get my HV battery replaced this next week. Bummer, I thought my car was flawless up to this point.
