Hello. I have a model 3. When I try to install the latest update (2022.44.25.3), the update just stalls. I've tried rebooting my car but the problem persists. Help.

Hello. I have a model 3. When I try to install the latest update (2022.44.25.3), the update just stalls. I've tried rebooting my car but the problem persists. Help.

Two thoughts:

• After starting the installation be patient. Sometimes it just takes longer than usual for unknown reasons.
• If patience doesn't work then schedule a service appointment (either mobile or at any service center) and ask them to push a new update. It's likely they will help you remotely and you'll be able to cancel the appointment.

How long is it stalling? If stalls at like 30% or 60%, then don't be surprised if it stays there for 20 minutes or more. Just wait it out.

It's stalling at 5 percent and it has been a couple of hours since I began the process.

Hmmm that is an unusual place for it to stall that long. I've never seen that.
