This, but also Google Maps now reports Speed traps in the same manner as Waze. They actually merged databases several years back.
I wish radar detectors were more accurate. I have a V1 Gen 1 somewhere in a drawer around here that would constantly go off... Everywhere. It was annoying.
I'm in Atlanta and traffic is so horrible around here you either drive 80-90mph with the flow of traffic or you're driving bumper to bumper at 15mph on the interstate. If you drive the posted speed limit you get run over.
Yes, Google bought Waze ten years ago and eventually added the police reporting feature. I was using Waze long before that when it was Israeli owned and it saved my bacon many times on my long drives from ATL to MIA. And the warnings would come long before I would see the cop, so it was effective even when cops were using that instant on radar. That was the point where I threw my detectors away. LOL
Yep, I'm in ATL traffic every day. You can be doing 80 in the left lane and they flash you or go around you like they're annoyed.

Out here in CA I swear by it. Both the KA band detector and Waze has it's uses.
@GBMaryland hoping you have a moment to chime in if you have any experience with autopilot and covering the interior camera

I can’t imagine why the auto pilot failed to engage… But I will tell you that the IR lights behind the bezel where the camera is inside the drivers compartment will light up when the headlights turn on.
At that point, you’ll get a boatload of IR, which will start setting off laser detection in radar detectors…
Drives me absolutely crazy and the only way I’ve been able to stop it is by putting black electrical tape over the bazel on either side of the camera.

You must drive like an old Man or something . If you know you know. I find it amazing how timid people drive and have no comprehension of how to really drive defensively and safely. It amazes me how people can drive 10-15mph under the speed limit at all times blocking traffic. Or drive around like there is no one else in the road and block right hand turns to just go straight through a stoplight and not even looking all around the intersection as they approach it. Or even have the courtesy to use their blinker. it amazes me how many people will just look forward and out their windshield and drive without EVER turning their head left or right and not even look left or right before going through a green light.
