2023 MY tires, run flats?

Does anyone know if the 2023 MY or all Teslas come with run flats? Since there is no spare tire or a jack that comes with?

Tesla Roadside Assistance is included with the purchase of a new Tesla vehicle. Roadside Assistance tow service may be able to bring a loaner wheel to you if your Tesla vehicle develops a flat tire. Many Tesla owners carry a tire inflation air pump and tire sealant or a tire plug kit. Modern Spare sells a spare tire kit for the Tesla Model Y.

My 2023 MYLR came with CONTINENTAL PROCONTACT RX 255/45R19 tire.
According to Continental's website, these are run flats:

They are not run-flats unless they have an 'SSR' in the title - the MY comes with the 'regular' RX tire which is not run-flat. Look at your tires and see if it says SSR on the sidewall. Bet it doesn't.

There may be variations of the Procontact RX tire that are run flat tires but the T0/T1/T2 (Tesla OEM Spec) for the Procontact RX tire is not a run flat tire. (There are now several run flat tires available in 255/40-20 that would fit the 20" Induction wheel. See Tirerack.com if interested.)

It's strange that Continental would list them as run-flat on their website, as shown in my screen shot.
But I believe you guys. These companies do do strange things at times ...

anyone actually run with runflats? i remember some rav4 sports without spare tire came from the factory with runflats and people said they were horrible and switched to regular tires. they said noise and handling was bad with runflats.

Runflats are terrible tired. I’ve had them on some high end vehicles in the past and hated them. Removed them when it came time to replace.
