Hi! First post here!
Does anyone know if 265/55-19 wheel combo will fit on model x? Thinking of running this size all year mostly for comfort.
I’ve always added 5% on stock wheels on other brands with no problem and when i set my model x on lowest setting in suspension it looks like i have around 1” before hitting anything?

255/60/19 on slipstream 19" wheels from a model S does not fit. I tried. I did not try 265/55/19 tires. I used Michelin Premier LTX 245/55/19 since May 2017 on my X and they work well. Softer ride and better range then stock 20" wheels and tires and they have the same diam. as the original tires so speedometer stays accurate . I use 5 and keep one as a spare. I have 35,000 miles on the 5 which I rotate every 5K and it looks like I can go at least another 10 to 15 K more before replacing.

Thank you, the rims for ms have different offset (40) and 8” wide vs mx 8.5”, what made it unable to fit, maby spacers would have cleared?

Which rims did you use for the 245/55/19? From Tesla or a 3rd party? I am very interested. I bought the 19" rims from tire rack ... wx9. I have the P90D.

i used stock Tesla Slipstreams from a model S like the ones shown here:
Tesla Model S 2017 19" OEM Wheel Rim Slipstream

As you can see from the specs they are only 8" wide. Some people say that these are not rated for the weight of the Model X. I have a 5 passenger Model X 100D which weighs about 500# more then the heaviest Model S. I have used these for over 3 years now with no problems. To get the wheels out a little farther I use10mm spacers behind the wheels so it looks like stock and perhaps corners a little better then without the spacers. I have averaged 312 wh/mi over 35,000 miles with this setup. At 70 mph it usually runs about 325 wh/mi.

I guess that the 245/55/19 won't fit my 19" rims, because they are standard X 19" x 8.5" :(

Yes is the answer to the question. Tesla offer a Model X Winter wheel/tire package using 265/50/19 tyres and 19X8.5 Cyclone wheels. Search for Teslashop and you will find them. I assume you could just order the model X cyclone wheels if you wanted to use different tires. As mentioned by others, they come with a different offset. I have however found the Model S slipstream 19s work as well.

Just realised you mentioned 265/55-19s as opposed to 265/50-19s. The 265/55-19s on Model S rims I don't think will fit but it could depend on the specific tire I suppose. The Model X Cyclone rims with different offsets may give you more room. The tallest I've been able to fit are 255/55-19s on Model S 19 rims as a winter tire. Tesla were unable to supply the Cyclone winter package in my country at the time.
