The shipping container full of mats is at port going through customs. 3D has promised me they will be shipping this week. I am having the back orders shipped directly by them instead of wait the additional week for our mats to arrive locally.

As someone who has to deal with international shipments, and customs, I feel you pain for freight delays, Joe. It's never fun having to tell the customer one expected date, and it keep having to be pushed back due to circumstances that are out of your control.
