Activate windshield washer pump without activating windshield wipers?

Is there a way to get the wiper fluid to squirt without having the wiper blades activate? I'm trying to diagnose a faulty spray nozzle.

Not even bi-directional control with a scan tool? Anyway, I think I'm going to simply supply 12 volts directly to the pump motor. My main issue is the sprayers are not spraying the fluid onto the windshield. All I need is to see exactly where the spray is going without the blades engaging. When I adjusted the nozzles on mine, I used my Sony Xperia phone and took a slow motion video while the son operated the wipers, so it was easy to see what was going on

Yes. It is out of warranty. But I've thought of an even better idea. Simply disconnect the windshield washer tube from the vehicle and connect a garden hose. This will provide enough pressure to drive the spray nozzles.
