I bought a set of take off Aero wheels last fall for snows. So I have two full sets of everything.

When I swapped the snows one Aero cover refused to go on. I’d push one side and the other side would pop out. I ended up grabbing one the extras I had for winter.

Now I’m swapping back. Lost track of which cover/wheel had an issue. It happened again. I was about to do the same thing and grab another cover and saw this.

Note the ring is not under all 4 posts that grab the ring. This was stopping the center hub from snapping in. And the cover was pivoting on the center hub.

This is how it should be. Note I almost coaxed it on wrong. I tried real hard, luckily I failed. ;) I had read a couple folks lost an Aero cover and this might have been the reason.
