Aftermarket 19” wheel fitment

I was wondering if there would be any issues doing the following: I would like to put 19x8.5 +35 wheels on my 2022 M3 RWD which has 19x8.5 +40 stock sports wheels. Would there be any major fitment issues due to the change in offset? What changes in handling/ride quality, if any, would there be if I’ll be using the same tires. Thank you!

that offset is negligible. You won’t notice any difference. I run 20mm&15mm spacers on my wheels and no rubbing or any other issues.
