Reasonable or not?
I had exactly the same issue when my 85D was delivered in early December 2015. Brought it back to the service center in Charlotte and they fixed it within 30 minutes. At first they said the fix was associated with a firmware upgrade, but later they confirmed that the tech had to do something else in addition to a firmware upgrade.
Not reasonable. Take it to the sc and let them push a software fix. It takes 30 minutes in and out. I had the exact same issue.
Not the least bit reasonable. I'd be throwing a total fit.
