I reserved at 11am (3/31) at the Tyson's Corner-Tyco Road store (Virginia) and have yet to receive an email. That said, the reservation showed up my Tesla account around 2 am Friday, some 15 hours later.

On a lark I tried "tesla.com/mytesla", and it worked! After logging in, all I see is my incomplete Model X config (which I suspect is masking the usual M3 reservation experience).

Hmm....I placed my reservation this morning at the Tesla Store in Santa Monica, CA at around 10:30am PDT and I still have not received a confirmation e-mail. I did get charged the $1000 already, though. I guess I have to be more patient since it does say "within 24 hours" is when to expect to get that confirmation e-mail. I also logged onto My Tesla and it's not showing my reservation yet.

Doesn't work for me, everything redirects to the model 3 deposit page. You'll get there using your method, but try clicking any link on the page and you get redirected. Tried multiple browsers and computers now. I'm sure they'll fix it soon.

But Amex charge went through instantaneously per Amex iPhone notification !

Tesla MIS department is screwed up ! Reflects poorly on the MIS department and Jay Vijayan .

I reserved online just after the reveal but did not get an email. Anyone in the same situation? I see most of you are discussing not receiving an email after reserving in store?

It's weird/strange......seems online reservation and an immediate online email confirmation should be automatically generated!!??

How do they know to place each reservations appropriately by time sequence?

I ordered just after the unveiling online, they charged my card, but no e-mail.

Just give it some time.

Also, myTesla redirects me to M3 landing page.

21 hours after reserving in Cleveland, I still haven't got an email and the mytesla page just redirects to Model 3. On the other hand, my credit card was hit within minutes of the reservation. Seems odd that an email wouldn't have been generated when the credit card was charged.

Reserved about 1pm EST in Montreal. No confirmation email buy MyTesla was updated and showing the reservation date and number.

Reserved mine at 12:30pm outside Washington DC and never received my email confirmation. But my CC was charged and I logged in to mytesla and see the order. Now the long wait begins.
