Am I supposed to receive an e-mail confirmation or?

I know I was charged the $1000 because my apple pay shows the tesla charge, but since its only a one screen reservation and no print out or anything an email confirmation would be nice

I also am wondering this as well. I did not receive a confirmation email. I thought I saw on the screen that it said they will be sending out confirmation emails within 24 hours. Can anyone else on the east coast confirm they reserved and also *didn't* get an email yet?

Finished my reservation at 10:11AM, no e-mail yet either.

On the bright side, I see an authorization for $1000 on my credit card, so at least I know the form worked.

Guess I have to be patient....

Same here - no email about 40 mins after placing deposit. Trying to view MyTesla to see if it's there but the Tesla site is not responding.

Placed order at about 10:20 AM, email came through a few minutes later for creating a password on the tesla site. I created it, then got an email with a confirmation. Not sure if creating it spurred the confirmation, I think not and the confirmation would have come anyway. But then I was able to log into my account and see my reservation number.

Granted, I got lucky and was able to do it in Italy in person for a US delivery because I'm traveling. So the system traffic was low since the US stores hadn't opened yet.

I was second and completed my order at exactly 10:03 am. So about 30 mins.

I was first in Charlotte, NC, finishing at about 10:02-10:03am... My email was delivered at 10:13am. Right at the same time, my CC company told me that a purchase was made at Tesla for $1,000.00 (I always get these emails when I buy something).

I was 44th in line at the Raleigh store and put in my deposit around 10:35. No email yet, but the deposit did go through to my CC.

I've just tried to login to the Tesla site and I've just been timing out over and over... I think the servers are busy. Be patient... it'll come.

Dont worry for some of you. Mine took almost 40 minutes before i got the confirmation.

Got mine about 3 minutes after the reservation was done.

Having the same issue, just called the Dedham store and was told their systems are swamped, wait 2-3 hours and be worried if nothing after 24 hours.

Their IT is definitely getting hammered, tesla.com and the My Tesla area is clearly quite slow and they did give themselves 24 hours to get the email to you. I'm sure it will come. My charge was approved and shows in my bank, but it will be nice when I see stuff in the My Tesla part of the website.

I reserved one yesterday your time (don't worry ours are RHD), and I got email confirmation instantly. Also I can see my reservation in My Tesla.
