Also have it on my LR S refresh. Downloaded 44.5 several days ago. Not in any special program other than selecting “advanced” from the upgrade options.

Mine updated this weekend to 2022.44.5 and has it there. It defaulted to be on. I haven't driven on the freeway yet to see any difference.
Weird, mine was defaulted to off…i wouldn’t have looked for it if not for a post on Facebook. Wonder if they will include this as a release note in the next software update for communication purposes.
No - advanced software update option only. It is strange - I didn’t have that UI option this morning (I had downloaded 44.5 a couple of days ago) but this evening it appeared.
That option wasn’t there when I checked after 44.5 updated a few days ago, but it was there this morning.
Drove about 150 miles today with majority being on highway and sorry to say but it did not make that much of a difference to me. Maybe cabin is about 5% quieter.
I turned it off and on about 20 different times through the trip.
I’m thinking this will improve over time with software updates.
At one point halfway thru the trip, I saw it say “calibariting” under where you turn it on off. That lasted about a few minutes, otherwise it says “optimized for front passengers”
FYI, I’m on Michelin all seasons so maybe the PS4s are quieter and will make more of a difference?

I have now 2021.44.6 on my 2022 LR Model S but still no ARNR button in Audio settings
