Any Aussies with front suspension rattle?

Ha, I know what you mean. I hear vibrations and the odd mild rattle in our MB E class sedan and it drives me nuts. Wifey doesn't hear a thing.

Tesla tell people a problem is ‘normal’ as their diagnostic ability is not strong. Once you can demonstrate another ‘abnormal’ car that does not have the problem they accept the issue and get on with solving it, often by trial and error. My front suspension rattle went away after tesla tried new shock absobers. After it was done tesla admitted they had a known design fault in a batch of ahock absorbers.

Not just Tesla. That's been my experience with BMW's and Benz for many years.

Yep. I find that dealers usually are not willing to tackle noises and rattles , unless they are really obvious.
