Any Texas-Specific Tax Deductions?

Obviously it's tax-return time, so I wanted to make sure I'm getting all the benefits I can...I think, as a Model S purchasing in 2013, I can claim:

- The $7500 EV tax credit
- The Sales tax paid on the car
- Any costs related to the installation of my charger

Am I missing anything?

There is one, but TADA made sure the wording says you get it ONLY if the car was purchased at a Texas dealership. It would have been $2500, too.

Your local utility may offer something. In Austin, AE offers to cover up to 50% of the charger install up to $1500 total.

Yeah. It's OK if money leaves the country to go back to Germany, but if you want to buy an America BEV, Texas isn't interested in helping you.
