Anyone has creaking and cracking sound from wind shield when outside temp is below 32 degree F?

I took delivery a month ago (East coast). Few days we had below freezing temp. I notice creaking sound from wind shield. I try heating wind shield but not much different. You will notice sound when it hits small bumps and pot holes. I schedule service appointment, but just wanted to check with drivers in cold area.
