Disable traction control and all nannies with dyno mode

Apparently we could disable the traction control completely with the Dyno mode. It seems like it would be fun to try it, in my RWD SR+. Instant torque and RWD should equal to lots of wheel spins and slides. Anyone tried it? I would have like Tesla to offer a setting with a much less heavy handed traction control.

Firstly though, I have to get my car back. Wifey has stolen it.

So I tried this out tonight, briefly. It was a disappointment. Not bought power to do a wheel spin. Perhaps the computer is still limiting the power delivery on take off, I don’t know, but I couldn’t break traction on a standing start. I didn’t have enough space to floor it mid corner so I didn’t try. It also drove strangely, like it was stuttering a low speed.
I did manage to activate the dyno mode as confirmed by the messages on the screen.
I think I have to try it in the wet.

I’ve tried it in the wet. I don’t recommend. Steering feels very strange. Hard to predict when you will lose traction. Felt dangerous. Throttle response felt different too. Hard to explain. Less smooth.

Yes, it drives strangely in dyne mode, especially at low speed. I guess that’s because it is not meant to be a driving mode.
Still want to try it once at least in the wet.
