AP made a mistake then saved us a couple times from accident - Stupid Porsche road rage driver

When someone tailgates me too closely, and I want to let the driver know that it's dangerous, I switch on the Hazard button for a couple of blips.
That does the trick and there is no danger to the safety of the driver behind.
Brake-checking is just stupid.

I'm willing to bet a steak dinner that this was an AP2/2.5 car. After one-too-many phantom braking incidents on loaners while my AP1 is serviced, I still can't believe its a problem.

Better than crashing into firetrucks!

Maybe he was having a bad day and you brake checking him made him lose it.

Things happen. Don't engage and move on with life.

And OP, you'd file a report with the police? Would you tell them that you brake checked the Porsche? You think the police really have nothing better to do?

Yes I'd tell all the incident. Braking once is not break checking and he was not that close according to when I saw him first, him doing what he did is criminal and could have caused accident. This is definition of dangerous driving when you first tail gate then pass in front and intentionally brake many times.
