That depends on what hardware it has.

It sounds like a special terminology for AP1 that has 1 camera and not AP2 and above that has 8 cameras.

In that case, the answer is practical no. It's not economical to replace its hardware which might cost more than the car is sold.

What @Tam said is correct. If you’re browsing the Tesla.com used car listings, “Autopilot with Convenience Features” means the car has Autopilot Hardware 1 and does not have the hardware necessary for Full Self Driving.
