Apple Music keeps logging out

Every few days, looks like Apple Music logs out of my Tesla and I have to scan the QR code again. Anyone else seeing this problem?

No, not seeing that. Which build is installed? Make sure you log in to Apple Music in all of your profiles, including Easy Entry if you use it.

Yes I'm seeing this also. I have a Y and a 3, and it happens in both. Super annoying. Also have a bunch of problems with Spotify not connecting first thing in the morning on my drive to work. Maybe it's all related...

I have the same problem, perhaps. Is yours showing as logged out? Mine appears to be logged in but won't play anything, until I log out and sign back in again, then it's fine for a few days before repeating itself.

Having the same problem as the rest of you. Another problem that is occurring is a song is pausing at the 2 minute mark. This is happening with each song/tune. Is the problem with Apple or Tesla? Any other solution accept checking your profile? Thank you.

Yes, it seems to be unpredictable. Choose media source appears and Apple Music no longer runs. Have to sign out, then use QR Code to log back in.

There are recent, known issues with the Apple Music app in Tesla’s. It may/may not be fixed in v2023.12.11.

Apple Music problems-Sometimes won't play

Same 2023 model 3. Just downloaded the last software update today. Using voice command previously seemed to work. We’ll see if the new update resolved this.

I logged into Apple Music on both my profile and my wife’s profile. However, she doesn’t want it on her profile. Does anyone know if I can remove it from just her profile? If not, I guess I’ll have to wait until I’m greeted with the QR code wanting me to sign in again, and just add it to my profile on the next sign-in.

I have a few profiles - my main driving one, easy entry, 'office' (seat back but upright, so I can use my laptop), 'lounge' (seat reclined nicely) - I use 'office' and 'lounge' more infrequently and I find myself being logged out on those more often. My main driver profile / easy entry has only been logged out - the others are once every month or so. Very annoying and I hope it gets fixed... but at least the login process is quick!
