Replying to a comment in another thread here:

The article mentions 117 "chargers". Not 117 "banks of chargers"...

I hope some of these "chargers" at least on the busier routes are not just single stall chargers again. But even if so, it's a nice start to be filling in the gaps.

Yes - they are 117 sites, with a minimum of 4 plugs at each site (might be 3 CCS / 1 Chademo).

Notice they are listed as 80 kW per unit, as opposed to 180 kW at Katherine. Maybe a temporary power supply related issue?

I was just opening it to check which sites were visible - last I checked, Katherine and Alice Springs were on it, but the off-grid sites (Erldunda and Nullarbor) were not.

Just noticed this posted by NRMA on Plugshare (for Nullarbor) - explains why it isn't in the app.
