I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed or is a known issue. I have a 2018 Model S 75D. I decided a couple of months ago that I’d finally like to purchase the autopilot software. I’ve called Customer Service, emailed them, called the service center, sent tweets etc and still no luck! Is anyone else having this same issue?
The instructions say to log into the Tesla account, select “manage” then scroll down to purchase autopilot. However, that option isn’t appearing.
