Today is pickup day. Hope all goes well. I am 4 hours away.

I called dealer in highland park and asked if there was any way someone could just do a quick 5 min once over on the car just to avoid any small issues seeing that if there was a problem I would have to bring the car 4 hours back or not take it at all. Nope, nothing they could do for me and the person I talked to seemed like he slapped on a tesla shirt 5 mins before answering my call. From their perspective, I get it, they already inspected the vehicle but then that does not explain all the fixes at delivery posted here. There is certainly not a culture of customer service at Tesla and it will effect them if any other manufacturers ever catch up. I am just hoping I get a good car and if anything needs fixing, the mobile mechanic can fix.
