Thread necro! Someone pulled it up from the past 3 posts ago. Why?

I already have Base AP since March when it was on sale, only kind of autopilot free trial I could use now would be a FSD trial, but FSD isn't ready yet, so none, I guess.

my honest opinion, true FSD is years away. I know people are saying "Elon said its just around the corner". No way, still regulatory hurdles to deal with along with FSD not ready for prime time yet. No way its worth an extra $7k now. do a fire sale again or offer as a monthly subscription. just my 2 cents here.

Obligatory mention that in some states those hurdles are already clear.

It's 100% legal to put an FSD car on the road, right this second, as long as its capable of obeying all driving laws, in those states.

How long did it last? My salesman told me ours would last two weeks, and it lasted a month.
