Autopilot Not working

Hi just bought my Model S 85d 2015 with Autopilot 1 with convience features and i was driving around all day but the steering wheel never appeared on the dash.

Did it show the road lines on the screen? They need to be gray lines before it can activate. Not all roads will work with autopilot it needs a well striped road.

Silly question, but... Have you made sure that it is turned on in your settings?

these are my settings and on the dash no steering wheel Autopilot 1 should still have the lane keeping and auto stop correct?

It looks like you do not have the convenience features on your car.

called tesla and they said it was turned off and they said they would turn it on over the air but it would take 24-48 hours and i’d like to use it for my drive home
