backup camera glitch

I was parking last night and I had a glitch with the backup camera. It was gone this morning. Notice how the guide lines are floating in air and the top inch is actually the bottom. Nothing had happened to the car. No bumps. I felt the camera area. Nothing.

Anyone seen anything like this before? Again, it was gone this morning.

Yes, exactly the same symptoms. Happened yesterday evening, everything OK again this morning. I'm on 2018.28.5, happened just once so far..

when i first checked in to the service center for a few other things, they were super serious about needing to know the exact time/date of the occurence because "we can look at the logs to help with diagnosing the problem..."

i have a sense that they were hoping i wouldn't be able to give them an answer

and because i had a picture i was able to pin point it

SC said they would look into it

well... the answer from the SC was so generic, it was useless:

"the car is like a computer that it needs reboots from time to time
need to reset the trip meters
need to clear the bookmarks on the browser
need to clear navigation history
need to delete call logs
need to repair the bluetooth
need to stop visiting websites like teslawaze
need to do this and that..."

in short, tesla doesn't see it as a problem as long as it's a sporadic issue.
