Battery precondition for SuC change?

I thought the lower-limit was 20% for preconditioning to kick in, but have seen it below 20% a few times now... was at 17% the other day.

When did this change or am I behind the times?

Had it kick in at 12% today just as I was pulling off the motorway to charge so it can’t have helped that much

In my December 2018 X I have never seen that message, even when I've put a SC as the destination.

You typing the Supercharger in the search? Or selecting it from the Supercharger POI map? (Sorry if I’m teaching to suck eggs, but need to select red map icon and Nav that way). Also need 2019.20.1+ IIRC
