Best pointless dent removal person in Dallas?

My wife was driving my MX on Monday and another woman ran into back of her while my wife was stopped at light. It may be a long shot but I’m wanting to try paintles dent removal (PDR). I like be in Lubbock, TX (West TX) and figure my best bet will be Dallas to find someone that has a shot of removing the large dent in rear hatch. I have seen miracles work w/PDR online w/ Aluminum vehicles so hoping for an Xmas miracle.

Sadly, I think your thread title is very appropriate for that: "pointless dent removal". (I don't think paintless dent removal can really fix that, there is too much of a crease.)

No way the paint is already cracked and a deep crease. New trunk lid, paint feathered to adjoining panels, unknown damage behind bumper cover. I'm guessing $8,500.00.

The whole tailgate has to be replaced. it's going to cost around $5K. I had the less damage and because it's aluminum it has to be replaced.

I’m assuming diminished value can not be claimed on lease vehicle? If so, can leasing company (Tesla financial) claim diminished value?

Don't know about Tesla's but, high end auto body damage repair is happening at Xtreme collision. Might be worth checking with them.

Yes, will they? Have you made them aware of the incident? You can ask how they recommend you proceed with deminished value if at all.

You are also entitled to a like vehicle (aka tesla or similarly equipped vehicle). If the insurance company doesn't provide you with something similar, you can go after the daily rate difference. I' m not sure what state your in, but there is plenty of case law to support this.

I don't know how pointless dent removal is. Its saved me a few times.

Given a long enough timeline...It's all pointless.

As far as your vehicle, you need traditional work. The paint is cracked and needs fixin'.

You also moved the trunk crease. This will be an expensive repair. Cheaper to replace the trunk lid IMHO.

That is pretty much what my damage looked like but the spoiler was cracked as well.
