Yes. I see it wipe off in my hand even when the car has sat in the garage for 2 or 3 weeks without driving it.

Since the car is so aerodynamic, the rear of the car gets super dirty. Even after one drive, if you wipe the back of the car there will be dirt on it.

NEVER wipe a NON washed car. You have almost certainly scratched the clear coat.

I agree, but what I am talking about is that I wipe down the car, let it sit a few days and then get black dirt on my hand even by wiping the hood.

NEVER wipe a NON washed car. You have almost certainly scratched the clear coat.

Would you like to elaborate on that... The op didn't say what was used to wipe the car. Maybe their hand or a good micro-fiber towel. If the car is that easy to damage clear coat, I doubt it
For 3 years, I have wiped down the car if there is just light dust on it. Never a problem. I agree with the comment if there is heavier dirt on it.

yes, and I pretty much think most garages are dusty. The car gets dusty in the garage, outside the garage, at our home in San Ramon, home in San Diego, and sister's home in Tennessee. I guess we are also breathing all that stuff.
