Bluetooth not working

The connection between my iphone x and model x suddenly dropped.

I read about the troubleshooting so I forgot tesla X on my phone. When I tried to forget my phone from Tesla, it takes forever to forget and never forget, therefore I still see my phone on the car screen, just not connecting.

I know my phone Bluetooth is working as I am able to connect with other devices.

Is it the car Bluetooth device failure? Does anyone know how to fix this? Or should I get with Tesla support?

Sorry, what's MCU? Where are the two buttons?

The MCU is the center screen and associated computers. Hold down both scroll buttons on your steering wheel for about 10 seconds. Your MCU will go blank for a bit, then the Tesla logo will appear as it boots back up. You can do this while stopped or driving.
