brand new X - won't charge - shows "Charging Equipment Communication Error"

I am also affected by this issue, car manufactoried in late Sept
Home flex is not working, but chargerpoint commericial chargers works >80% times.

Looks like home flex is consitently failing (based on the post). Is this issue caused by the batch of tesla charger ECU compatibitlity with chargepoint home flex software?
It's interesting that commerical chargerpoint stalls should have the same software and hardware, but some are working fine while some are not.
 
Oct 2023 build Model X Plaid here -- tonight, also had the same communication error when using our new Rivian mobile EVSE. The EVSE works perfectly fine with our Rivian and 2018 Model X, however once I plug in the new X it's no go -- the app says no power, the car says communication error.

Plugged the 2023 X back into the Tesla mobile EVSE and it works again. So I think it's an issue with the new X and some non-Tesla EVSEs.
