When a friend and I installed my charger we checked all the other breakers and a number of them had loose wires. My buddy said it’s common due to the heat cycling. Not sure it should happen in 5 months, but actually checking them annually probably would be a good idea. The breaker for our clothes dryer had wires so loose you could pull them out by hand.
