That was suggested to me yesterday.And now I have no idea. It's even in the recent Release Notes about the new navigation to use voice command 'Notes'. I don't know what to believe, either.
Perhaps it was in use, went away, and came back?
I was going to post it under electromans post about ap problems he is currently having. Which would reinforce his issues. I believe they monitor ap when it is activated but allowing him to verbally say the issue at hand would help fix his issue. Assuming they would call him back.
Sometimes the call center gets overwhelmed and they allow you to have a prompt to call you back without being on hold. So you would assume, ap problem...high priority call customer back immediately for a fix.
