The I-10 and I-110 Express Lanes in LA County will no longer provide a 100% discount to clean air vehicles starting sometime in the second half of 2018. Instead, they will provide only a 15% discount off the normal fee for solo drivers.

Strangely enough dealerships were able to get their PHEVs preapproved for the green stickers without even selling them, but I did not see a similar program for the white stickers.

Dealers can pre-order stickers for new cars in advance of sale...

We got our white stickers but only got two large ones and ONE small one for a bumper. The instructions say to apply a small one to each bumper (front and back).....DMV has a call-waiting list of one hour. Do you now only need THREE total???

Small Decals-

• For white decals, place on the right side of the rear bumper only, with the state seal pointed up on the bottom of the decal.
• For green and red decals, place on the right side of each bumper, front and rear, with the state seal pointed up on the bottom of the decal.

The small one goes on the very back, the two large ones go on the side of the car at the rear. Yellow (expired) /Green (phased out)/Red have an extra small one that goes on the front.
