Curious how some people are able to find an email/phone number to call? I don't have any of the above except for a sales associate who helped me when I did a test drive. I bought my car online and haven't been able to find a number or email to contact anyone?

Have you tried Googling "Tesla" and "Name of city where it's located". That's how I got the number.

Finally talked to my SA today. He said my LR AWD FSD is supposed to be done tomorrow morning. I spoke to a delivery specialist last night who said my VIN is showing as a preproduction vehicle. I haven't even been able to contact anyone in the Van Ness location where I was initially supposed to get my car.

Got a text saying I can get my car in Fremont at 8pm tomorrow. Website showing no location of where to get my car.

I want all of us to imagine if Lexus, BMW or Mercedes did this to their consumers for 2 seconds....

You should add a reporter or news organization to distribution, and any Tesla VP. You'll get your car within the hour.
Yeah, I seriously was thinking of "7 on your side" but they would not have time to produce/schedule anything until sometime next year. Still an option to kick around...

I tried to bcc Elon on my late night sleepless plea email this morning, but my 2 guesses at his Tesla account both bounced. Oh well.

I also Tweeted him yesterday, but he missed or ignored it.

Ce La vie.

As I stated in my email, I totally realize not getting my Tesla when estimated/promised is a First World Problem.

No, what's aggravating is reading people who ordered there cars 2 weeks after we did and getting there cars before we did. Then the audacity to say, "Come to the production center at 8pm on NYE to come get your car, with a 4 hour window of driving it off. If we can't get it to you, you lose $1875. Not our problem."

I have not heard a word. I have not been told to go to the Factory...yep, ordered on 11/15, the site said "Order by December 8? to get it by the end of the year" or something like that weeks after ordering.

There was a text asking if I would like to switch to Tesla lending for todays delivery and I reply yes. But nothing showed up on my account yet. Cannot get anyone on the phone right now and the online chat is useless. I think I will wait till the time for pick up the car and see what is going on.
I also switched from BoA to Tesla Finance last minute. For me, I just emailed [email protected] and told them in the email that I was "picking my car next day and could you get me a loan", they emailed me back in an hour for the loan approval. Super fast. Another thing you can do is to go through chat and they will have someone to call you from Finance.

Order date 11/26 SR+ white/Black
Buena Park DC
Vin and MVPA since before Christmas
Vin has changed and delivery date changed 3 times. Just got a confirmation text asking to confirm we will be available for pickup tommorow or available if we will be able to pick up sooner. We texted available but never heard back. I called and finally got through to someone they stated my car is IN TRANSIT!!!! and will be there tonight.

This delivery may actually happen people, I'm so excited.

I ordered on 12/01. got delivery text 12/24, then received a call to schedule delivery on 12/26 for the 27th. Fremont delivery hub called me on 12/27 to tell me my delivery will be canceled and will not receive it by EOY. stated that i might get it in the first quarter of 2020!! did they really put me in back of the line??? why would they cancel my delivery if they clearly stated my car was built on 12/24. I called Santa barbara and explained my situation and all she said was "well that sucks, that means you cant get the rebate" I am so over this delivery process. respect to all of you october and november orders.

Ordered 11/16
SR+ red/white 18" autopilot

- went in person to Carlsbad to see what was going on yesterday, they said hopefully I'll get my car EOY cuz I haven't gotten a phone call saying I won't - even though I have no VIN or delivery date
- Called Tesla today to ask for update and they said most likely will not happen EOY. Which, you know what, I figured. And at this point I've given up on the tax credit, and he said as of right now there is no compensation for it aside from choosing a full refund. He could not tell me when my car might be ready, like not even first week of January or end of January or in 3 months, or ANYTHING.

so... really... the fact I was never assigned a VIN from beginning to end should have been a sign that they weren't even working on my order... if I knew, I would have chosen to upgrade to LR in stock a long time ago since I was on the fence anyway... but really? I don't even get to know approx when they will send me my car, even if I'm willing to wait? I'm past the estimated 4-6 weeks... I just want my car... -_-

Ordered 11/25, VIN on 12/23 (SR+ Red/Black)

Original Delivery was today at 8:30 pm, called the Carlsbad Delivery Center and asked for an update. I was told the car was en-route, currently at the Wheeler Ridge rest stop which is a halfway point from the factory coming down the I-5 where the drivers have to take a mandatory break.

Rescheduled pick-up for tomorrow at 12:30 pm.

Still not going to believe it until I see it after reading everything on here!

Guys -- if you aren't married to your exact configuration, I highly encourage you to call your SA. I was fully expected to miss 12/31 delivery, and just wanted to find out if I should expect my car in Jan or in March. I called my SA just earlier today and he was able to match me with two white SR+ in less than 30 minutes apart. While I am not a huge fan of white, I figure I save $1K now and just get a custom paint job later if I really hate the color. I am now scheduled to pick up the car tomorrow :)

I think there are a ton of cancellations right now due to people who cannot pick up their cars due to holiday travels, a good SA can really help you match to a car :)

This is where fellow Californians can come to feel sorry for ourselves. If you're tired of hearing about the joy felt by those in the other 49 states as they receive their new cars, this is the place for you. If you've been waiting for weeks and have lost all hope, this is were you belong. If you want to be miserable and be with others that want to be miserable. Come on in, you're among fellow sad saps.

If you have a vin, but no car yet, you can hang out, but you don't really fit in. If you just got your car and it's beautiful and you're happy, go away. We don't want to hear about it.

Tell us your sad story.
Ordered it November 12, delivered December 28, Happy, happy

This is good advice! And if you can’t get your rep on the phone just drive over to the sales or delivery center and ask them to look up what is in stock. Lots of people are being forced to delay because they can’t take delivery today or tomorrow and Tesla will not hold their cars until January if someone else wants one today.
