Can’t charge, appointment time 2 weeks away! What to do?

Car was plugged in for one week without being used, charge limit set to 80%. Drove today and saw the message “Charge port error detected - Unable to charge.” Also saw previous alerts about charging equipment errors.

Been using a mobile charger connected to a 120 outlet for 5 months which has been working fine given the little driving we do.

I unplugged and re-plugged the mobile charger. I also did a soft reset of the vehicle by pressing the two steering wheel buttons. Still getting the same error.

Earliest service appointment is two weeks away and currently state of charge is 53%. Mobile service was not offered in the app. Battery will be dead before the service appointment date arrives.

What to do? What to do??

Have you scheduled the appointment? If so message them in the app to explain the drivability issue (I.e. battery will be dead) and see if they can pull the appointment in. If you're SC is close I would also just consider showing up there and talk to them in person. They must be accustomed to cars showing up on flat beds with no appointment.
Thanks. Will message then in the app🤞

Contacted the Ops Team via text and they advised to come in today. They stated they have alerted the service center and understand the circumstances require immediate action. I got there at 5:30 and they said they can’t diagnose now, asked to leave it with them and gave me a loaner - a beat up old Model X but I’m grateful nonetheless.

Will know in a day or two what’s next. Thanks for all the help.
