Can I add EAP before delivery?

Still undecided if I need EAP, given my driving patterns ... so I went ahead and configured the car without it.

Can I add this back before delivery if I change my mind between now and "Sep - Nov"? Looks doable as it is basically an OTA update, question is if I will be charged for changing my mind

The same question was answered: Yes, but there's a delay due to paperwork and software.
