Can I stuff acoustic foam behind the door speakers?

Still years later on a mission to erradicate little bass rattles.
Doors are dynamated and i have felttaped a lot of the wires.
I have this newish idea to take the front door speakers out and stuff the space behind with acoustic foam.

There is presumably no wateringress behind from the window? Would foam cause any issues in the space behind the doorspeaker?
I hope to create some nice foampressure and density behind the speaker to absorb some rattle.

you mean the big woofer? i wouldnt call those midbass, they produce the majority of subbass in the car and that also unfortunately means more rattles.
