Can scratched wheels be fixed?

FYI I had this done at my local Tesla Service Center for $100 while the car was in for other things. I'm sure they "outsourced" it, but it was one less set of logistics for me. The wheel looked brand new afterward.

I have 21" Grey Turbine Wheels. My Tesla Service center handled the whole thing for me here in South Florida. They sent out a ranger (actually a company they contract with for road service), put on a temp wheel/tire (19" instead of 21"), took back the wheel/tire, and had it fixed. It looks as good as new. My wheels and car have 7,000 miles on them so they are very new. I cannot tell where they fixed the wheel.
