What a huge disappointment, they earmark hundreds of millions not knowing that the biggest manufacturer sells EV cars starting at 47,000?

Is this inside trading or just an oversight to screw Tesla over?

I get it, don’t subsidize luxury cars - but right now EV cars are all over 40k more or less.
