Cannot reset password

I have a very long password that Apple atogenerated. Tried to enter it, failed. So I tried to reset it. They send an email, but when I click the link it is a spinning T and nothing has happened for an hour. Tried 3 different web browsers. Any ideas?

I thought it was me, but same problem using the Android browser and I have 2FA enabled.
