Can't log in via app or connect with car...

Three images attached for reference. First, My app couldn't sync with car (for nine days), citing a wifi connection, So I checked the car, all good wifi, wise. Iphone, aslo good, wifi wise. Next I rebooted the car. Nada. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled. Nada. Then logged out and tried to log back in and I get a blank screen, Thoughts? Again, screenshot attached for reference.

No idea really. I’ve had some minor connectivity issues over the years but never anything like 9 days. Really nothing more than an hour or two when some server was down somewhere. You did everything I would have attempted.

Can you try another device? This seems a bit odd.

After a few hours of sleep, and thoughts about selling this Tesla, I decided to turn off VPN on my iPhone…. Works now….

Yes. I said above it was my VPN, but I was in wrror saying that then. It IS NOT MY VPN.

Not sure this is the correct place to ask this question but I just sold my 2013 Model S to a friend and wondering how he can access the Tesla app. I heard somewhere that he won’t be able to do that until the car is registered in his name.
