Greetings Tesla Community,
I recently got the firmware update 2019.12.11 that has Sentry Mode that I was very happy about that as I have hardware 2.0 and was told I wouldn’t be receiving the Sentry Mode update! I also purchased a 32gig SanDisk 3.0 thumb drive from Amazon to use for Sentry Mode. I have a file named TeslaCam with a capital T and a capital C. and it’s formatted Fat32
When plugging it into Macbook Air, Mac or our desktop PC, I notice two folders, one is called "recent clips" and the other one is called "saved clips" See clips .mp4 for the 3 files (front, left repeater & right repeater) When plugging it to my MacBook Air and/or Mac Pro, I get "QuickTime Player can't open ...." and when I plug it into the PC I’m getting the same error message!
I tried reading forums here & chatting with Tesla Support but so far nothing has worked!
Is it possible that are the video files are corrupt?
