Capitalize first letter of text messages

When I'm using voice to reply to a text message, it's never capitalized. As a professional this is bad and makes me look like a jamoke... how do I capitalize the first word of text messages?

It's so frustrating. Tesla is so ahead of the curve and this is a basic feature that any car on the market has and can do for the past 10 years at least... Have you called to complain to them? The more people that complain about it, hopefully the quicker they'll correct this annoying problem.
