Car Delivery Orlando-Eatonville

Attempted to take delivery of a white Model Y at Eatonville-Orlando location this morning and found a crazy large gap between the seal and glass of passenger side front window.

Tesla rep said if we drove with it the wind could rip the glass right off, or if we tried to lower the window it would shatter.

They are going to fix it today, but I’m pretty bummed and kind of scared that there will be more big and/or safety related problems with the car. Should I refuse delivery?

it looks fixable, if done to your satisfaction should be good to go. Ask how long the fix, too long, refuse, get a new car.

Thank you! We actually did end up refusing delivery of this one (VIN 499xx) because there were many more problems with it. Panel sticking out in the front, stained back seats, back seat misalignment, etc.
