Cars gone from Tesla app???

Haven’t a clue what’s going on, I open up the Tesla app and I am stuck in the “explore“ section and when I go under account it shows zero products available to remove? Where are my cars? I tried under Tessie and it shows both of my cars as archived.

This only happened in the last hour or so, everything was fine previously today.

And now 20 minutes later, I get a notification that charging is almost done and both cars are back in the app.

What nonsense are they doing today?

I'm experiencing the same issue. Tesla service says they are aware of the issue, and they can't even unlock my car for me. Hope they get it fixed soon so I'm not stuck at work!

Thankfully the Tesla app on another device just started working again so I was able to grab the spare card from the car. I had uninstalled the Tesla app on my phone trying to troubleshoot this, and it still won't let me sign back in.

Don't uninstall the app right now if you only have the app on one device!

This is much more likely to be a hardware failure someplace in the mothership.
